JOB DETAILS:

Red Giant Media Agency is a premier experiential and below-the-line (BTL) marketing agency based in Nairobi, Kenya. Founded around 2014-2016, the firm specializes in immersive brand activations, large-scale corporate events, product launches, roadshows, and strategic public relations for local and global brands

What you'll be doing:

• Planning, running, and optimizing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Owning our SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content
• Optimizing website content and structure for SEO performance (in coordination with IT)
• Tracking performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and reporting on what's working
• Partnering with our Creative and Client Service teams to bring campaigns to life

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years' hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Solid SEO knowledge — you know your way around Analytics and Search Console
• A data-driven mindset — numbers guide your next move
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Agency experience is a strong plus

Level of Education: associate degree
