Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executives to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive user acquisition, and promote our diverse range of health services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus.
