Responsibilities
- Oversee App user loyalty program operations, including gift loading/unloading, exchange orders, gift management, and gift redemption follow-up.
- Guide customers in using our digital systems and APP, resolving any issues they encounter, particularly with the VOSA system.
- Propose and implement optimization plans to improve digital system processes and outcomes.
- Design and deliver training programs for team members, customers, and partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Plan, organize, and ensure successful event execution such as workshops, training sessions, and partner meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a TOP 5 university in Kenya, majoring in Digital Marketing, Business Administration / Management, Information Technology / Computer Science, Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Communications or related fields.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital system operations, team leadership, and event management.
- Proficient in guiding customers on APP usage and resolving technical issues.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and template creation.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, projects, and events efficiently.
- Strong team leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
