• Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation: Lead digitization initiatives, implement Microsoft 365 solutions, improve processes, and support CRM & ERP projects.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and improve data collection and reporting across departments.
• Digital Records Management: Administer SharePoint, manage digital documents, and ensure compliance & certification records.
• IT Support & Infrastructure: Provide IT support, manage assets, ensure network performance, cybersecurity, backups & user access.
• Training & Change Management: Train staff, develop user guides & SOPs, and champion adoption of digital tools and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in: Business Information Technology (Preferred), Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years' relevant experience in: IT support, Business systems administration, Digital transformation projects, Process improvement initiatives.
• Highly organized and analytical
