JOB DETAILS:
ILRI is seeking a strategic leader to head the Rural Employment through Animal Feed Production (REAP) Consortium, a programme operating across seven countries.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee programme delivery and donor commitments, and connect climate-smart livestock innovations with youth employment and enterprise development.
Key Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field.
- At least 15 years of senior-level experience in development or agriculture.
- Proven track record in leading large donor-funded programmes.
- Expertise in inclusive finance and youth employment.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French or Arabic is an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 180
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
