Job Description
Your Role in Action!
- Design and implement strategies to maintain and elevate the food and beverage experience at our hotel.
- Lead all department operations, ensuring quality and hygiene in every service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and suppliers to create unique menus that surprise and delight our guests.
- Manage the budget and ensure compliance with quality standards and profitability goals.
- Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Who Are You?
- Proven experience in leadership positions within the food and beverage sector, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends and the hospitality industry.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in dynamic environments.
