  • Lead all department operations, ensuring quality and hygiene in every service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and suppliers to create unique menus that surprise and delight our guests.
  • Manage the budget and ensure compliance with quality standards and profitability goals.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Proven experience in leadership positions within the food and beverage sector, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends and the hospitality industry.
