We are HIRING

Dispatch supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Conduct quality checks on goods before dispatch to maintain high service standards.

• Manage and provide leadership to the dispatch team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. C

• Oversee drivers and fleet management, ensuring Proper maintenance, scheduling, and adherence to delivery timeline &

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in dispatch management or a related role.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools.

• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles, with a focus on dispatcr operations.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is highly beneficial.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
