Position Overview
AquaPure is seeking an organized Distribution Officer to oversee product dispatch, coordinate route fulfillment, and ensure water shipments reach wholesale and retail accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order fulfillment schedules for wholesale buyers and route sales.
- Verify order paperwork, dispatch notes, and delivery invoices prior to departure.
- Track product delivery timelines and address logistical delays promptly.
- Maintain communication with sales personnel and warehouse staff regarding stock movement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Background in supply chain management, logistics, or operational dispatch.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak production cycles.
