About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bin Liner Distribution Planner to coordinate inventory, coordinate distribution activities, and ensure efficient delivery of bin liners to clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining stock accuracy, optimizing delivery routes, and supporting seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bin liner inventory, including monthly stock counts and discrepancy reporting
  • Prepare and update consumption forecasts for both scheduled and ad hoc demand
  • Coordinate with production to ensure timely availability of stock
  • Plan and oversee distribution using trucks and motorbikes
  • Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Prepare distribution schedules and client delivery lists
  • Track and coordinate one-off delivery requests
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery notes and distribution data
  • Liaise with internal teams including Customer Care, Collections, and Accounts
  • Respond to operational queries and communicate any delays or challenges promptly

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or inventory management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
