KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe and memorable game drive experiences to guests.

Share accurate knowledge on wildlife, conservation, and local culture.

Ensure guest safety, comfort, and exceptional service throughout excursions

Maintain the vehicle in good operational condition and report any mechanical concerns.

Deliver professional and engaging guest interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 'O' Level Certificate

Professional training in Tour Guiding from a recognized institution.

Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience in tour guiding and guest handling.

Minimum Silver Medal in Tour Guiding.

Valid Driving Licence and TSV Licence.

First Aid knowledge will be an added advantage.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

Strong knowledge of wildlife and conservation.

Physical fitness, energy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Reliability, proactiveness, and ability to work as part of a team.

Must be 25 years and above.
