About the Role

We are  seeking to recruit a Driver II. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining assigned vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of passengers and goods.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles safely and efficiently to various destinations.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle, including oil, water, and tire pressure.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain a logbook of all journeys, including mileage, fuel consumption, and destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers.

Qualifications

• Form 4 with valid driving license (Class B, C, D1, D2 & D3)
• Valid PSV license and badge
• Must have basic first aid training
• Certificate of defensive driving is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the same field with a reputable institution
• Must be computer literate
• Kenyan citizen aged between 30–45 years

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be based in Eldoret.
