Responsibilities
Provide driving and logistical assistant and ensure safe movement at the field level.
Qualifications
Clean driving license with safety record, extensive experience driving in urban, rural & 4WD/off-road conditions. Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety checks & basic troubleshooting, with ability to identify mechanical risks early. Experience supporting logistics and field operations in NGO, development, or corporate settings. Good knowledge of local and national road networks and security considerations. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for logistics documentation and reporting. Strong communication skills in English, effective route planning, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making. Professional, reliable, culturally respectful, and flexible, with willingness to travel and work in field locations. Defensive driving training is an added advantage.
