Blixen Resort seeks a suitably qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Duty Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest services in accordance with the resort's standards and policies.

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across all departments
• Serve as the senior management representative on duty and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline during assigned shifts
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Prepare daily operational reports and ensure proper shift handovers
• Support management in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in computer applications and hotel management systems will be an added advantage

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
• At least three (5) years' relevant experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a reputable hospitality establishment
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
