Role:

Responsible for management of OTAs, central reservations office, liaising with the marketing team to develop promotions and content for online platforms and responsible for distributing marketing campaigns including email & WhatsApp marketing as well as responding to guest feedback.

Experience:

• Prior experience managing OTAs (Booking.com and Airbnb) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in hotel reservations or tour operator
• Knowledge or experience in short-term rentals is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with ability to anticipate and address guest needs

Remuneration: fixed salary based on experience plus commissions on targets.
