Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time, on-site role for ECOP/COP-qualified Insurance Agents based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves engaging with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions, providing advice on available policies, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and acquiring appropriate insurance coverage. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting policy renewals, and ensuring exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications or requirements 

Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and customer service skills. Experience and fluency in engaging with clients, providing clear guidance, and building long-term relationships. Familiarity with or experience in law enforcement, including knowledge of criminal investigations, evidence handling, and law enforcement processes, is advantageous for role-related regulatory compliance. ECOP or COP qualification in insurance is mandatory. Additional certifications or continuous professional development in the field of insurance is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, in addition to problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach with the ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
