Key responsibilities

Partner with various departments to implement HR best practices.

Help make Kerry the best place for top talent, supporting our ambitious growth plans.

Gain exposure to HR centers of expertise like Organisational Effectiveness, Learning & Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.

Influence strategic decisions and performance within specific business functions.

Utilize your extensive people and business knowledge to drive growth across various businesses and regions.

You’ll also have opportunities to gain specialist experience in areas like

  • Reward.
  • Sustainability.
  • Transformation.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Engagement.

Qualifications and skills

On track for a degree or equivalent in a Business-related discipline (majoring in Human Resources).

Have a minimum of 6 month work experience, no more than 3 years.

Ambitious, curious and can’t wait to put your talents into action.

Open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.

A graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.

Fluent in English and ideally another language.

Eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*

Open to travelling and relocating.
