Background

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Responsibilities

Diagnose electrical problems and perform effective troubleshooting to repair or replace damaged units and components.

Inspect electrical equipment and circuits regularly to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, or old wiring requiring replacement.

Execute wiring plans for lighting, internet connectivity, distribution boards, switches, LV panels, and alarm systems according to technical standards.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines to maintain operational efficiency and prevent breakdowns.

Communicate breakdown occurrences and resource/material requirements to the supervisor during shifts.

Safely operate, use, and maintain assigned tools and equipment while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation (Preferred), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics.

Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial or process plant environment (experience in a food processing plant or similar setting is an added advantage).

Willingness to work shifts and respond to breakdowns when called upon.
