Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems to ensure efficient performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and assess locations for solar installations.
  • Install and commission solar systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
  • Perform electrical testing, quality checks, and system diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs, and support preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare site and testing reports while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Train clients on basic system operation and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Experience in solar installation and electrical systems.
  • Ability to use electrical testing tools and interpret technical findings.
  • Knowledge of solar safety and installation standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical , Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of solar system design, inverters, and batteries is an added advantage.
  • Valid T3/T2 electrician license (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
