An electrical technician's responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, while their skills involve technical knowledge, problem-solving, and reading blueprints.

Installation: Assemble and install electrical panels, wiring, and equipment. Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in systems and equipment. Testing: Conduct tests on new and existing systems to ensure quality and safety. Documentation: Keep detailed logs of services, repairs, and maintenance activities. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes. Communication: Report on work progress and communicate timelines for repairs to clients or other staff.
Experience working with transformers is an added advantage Ability to work independently and take initiative on site Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field
