Role Context

We are hiring an Employee Experience and Culture Partner to spearhead our cultural evolution and drive strategic employee experience and engagement. In this key role, you will dynamically shape our organizational identity, design programs that deepen a sense of belonging, and deeply embed our "Magenta Way" culture across the entire organization.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Organizational Design, has 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, and brings a strong, proven background in driving meaningful cultural shifts and engagement practices.
