Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate input into the Staff Wellness Strategy for the assigned HR area.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual review of staff wellness schemes, programs, initiatives, and benefits, and implement approved outcomes within policy and approval mandates.
  • Act as the primary HR Wellness contact for staff and line management, providing proactive support in the delivery of wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Offer guidance to staff and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes relating to employee wellness.
  • Manage and coordinate the Wellness Program in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Respond to staff and line management enquiries on wellness-related matters.
  • Work closely with Employee Relations and Health & Safety teams to develop and sustain an enabling work environment and implement staff wellness initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and partners relating to employee wellness.
  • Provide administrative support to business and staff committees, forums, schemes, and initiatives relating to wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records, data, reports, and statistics for staff wellness programs, schemes, initiatives, and benefits.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Medical Related Field.
  • Professional qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Nursing.

Added Advantage

  • Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management.

Experience

  • 3 years' experience implementing Corporate Wellness Programs.
  • 3 years' experience in Staff Medical Scheme Administration.
  • 3 years' experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • 2 years' experience in Relationship Management.
  • 3 years' experience in Wellness, Occupational Health & Safety, or related employee wellbeing initiatives is desired

  • Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and administrative skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple wellness initiatives and maintain accurate reporting and records.
