Key Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and strategicEmployer Branding Specialist to strengthen our company’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role is responsible for designing and executing employer branding initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring a consistent and compelling employee value proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

Employer Branding Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with business and talent acquisition goals
  • Define and continuously refine the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify employer brand trends and opportunities

Content & Campaigns

  • Create compelling and engaging content to showcase company culture and employee experience (employee stories, wellness campaigns)
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and online employer presence.
  • Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse and high-quality talent.

Candidate Experience

  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to enhance the candidate journey and ensure brand consistency at every recruitment touchpoint.
  • Monitor and improve candidate experience through feedback, surveys, and data insights

Internal Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote the company culture and values internally
  • Support employee advocacy programs and empower employees to become brand ambassadors
  • Work closely with ER and Communications teams on internal branding initiatives

Events & Partnerships

  • Organize and manage HR event calendar including representing the company at career fairs, university engagements, and employer branding events
  • Lead company’s preparedness and participation in employer of choice activities or forums e.g. Top Employer and FKE Employer of the Year awards
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders (universities, industry bodies, and professional networks) to expand the candidate pipeline.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze employer branding metrics (e.g., application rates, engagement levels, brand perception)
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve branding performance

Skills, Experience & Education

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing , Communication and/or other related field of studies .

Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong employer value propositions and create compelling storytelling content.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media, with the capability to design engaging campaigns that attract and inspire talent.
