The Youth Initiative Development Programme (YIDP) is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Engagement & Performance Officer (Volunteer) to support the management and growth of our volunteer workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding of volunteers
- Manage volunteer records, agreements, and documentation
- Track volunteer performance and ensure accountability
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and team engagement activities
- Monitor attendance, task completion, and reporting across departments
- Support capacity building, training, and internal communication
- Work closely with department leads to ensure team effectiveness
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in volunteer management or administration is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Passion for youth empowerment and social impact
Work Details:
- Remote (Online) with occasional meetings
- 5–10 hours per week
- Volunteer (Unpaid) position
