Supervise contract management for outsourced building contracts

Review contractors’ and consultant’s interim payment applications.

Prepare condition and inventory survey reports for building & fences

Contracts.

Prepare quotations for building and fences maintenance services

Provide timely accurate reports

Coordinate the collections of data for building design and engineering

Investigation for periodic maintenance and construction work.

Requirements & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification form a recognized institution

Registered by the engineers registration board of kenya (erb) as a graduate engineer

A certificate in computer application skills

Meets the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of kenya, 2010
