JOB DETAILS:
Background
This role is for an Engineering Technologist - Buildings at Kenya Medical Research - KEMRI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify repair and maintenance requirements and report to the supervisor
- Prepare repair and maintenance schedules
- Carry out repairs and maintenance for buildings and related infrastructure
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Vacancy Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution - Mandatory
- Bachelor of Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage - Mandatory
- Proficiency in computer application - Mandatory
