Responsibilities or duties
- Lead maintenance and engineering operations for injection & blow moulding machinery
- Manage CAPEX projects, equipment installation & commissioning
- Drive preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
- Optimize plant efficiency, reduce downtime & improve productivity
- Handle utilities (chillers, compressors, electrical systems, etc.)
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- 15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
- Strong expertise in Injection / Blow Moulding
- Experience with European machinery (Engel, Husky, Netstal, etc.)
- Knowledge of PLC, automation, and utilities systems
- Background in ISO / HACCP / Lean Manufacturing preferred
Experience needed
15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
