JOB SUMMARY

Requirements

Languages: Advanced level of English and working proficiency in French. With some experience working with entrepreneurship programs or in the fields of social innovation, eco-entrepreneurship development organization departments, or environment-related fields. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Great communication skills. At ease with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, or eager to learn and adapt quickly. Good grasp of spreadsheets. Strong organizational and coordination skills: You will have a lot of different types of responsibilities, so it is essential to be able to stay organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks across different programs and locations. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges during program implementation. Have great writing and oral communication skills, as well as strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-country program environments. Flexibility to handle different aspects of program coordination and support. Growth mindset and resilience to overcome challenges. Problem-solver, and self-starter, who can be up and running in no time after thorough onboarding. You don't get easily overwhelmed or stuck in planning mode. Extraordinary attention to detail: you test things yourself before making them go public, and you dislike when your work has imperfections. Resourcefulness and good common sense to approach problems efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Incubation Program Coordination

Work closely with the Africa Program Manager to coordinate all incubation activities. Track timelines, cohort calendars, and milestone completion. Support onboarding, kickoff, and closing activities for incubation cycles.Ensure alignment with Conecta SOP standards and shared product guidelines.Support tracking of incubation KPIs (completion rate, engagement, mentor matching, venture progress).

Entrepreneur & Mentor Engagement

Work closely with the Africa Program Manager to coordinate all incubation activities. Support recruitment efforts for entrepreneurs and mentors.Assist in participant selection processes with ESOs and internal stakeholders.Coordinate matching processes between entrepreneurs and mentors.Monitor engagement levels and flag early signs of disengagement.Support follow-up with inactive participants to reduce drop-off.

Operational Excellence & Dashboard Tracking

Assist in maintaining clean and updated program dashboards.Support weekly KPI tracking and reporting.Track deviations in timelines and escalate when thresholds are exceeded.Maintain structured documentation across Notion, Drive, and internal tools.Support troubleshooting during early-stage program delivery.

ESO & Ecosystem Support

Assist in follow-ups with local Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs).Support coordination of ecosystem events and activation activities.Help identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and ecosystem strengthening.Maintain organized records of local partner interactions and ecosystem mapping.

Reporting & Documentation

Support preparation of program reports and donor-facing documentation.Compile data and insights for internal performance reviews.Take minutes during key meetings and maintain structured communication logs.Ensure documentation mirrors financial and operational reporting standards.
