Client Overview

Our client, a leading luxury beauty and wellness SPA in Lavington, is looking for an experienced, client-focused and highly dependable Esthetician to deliver exceptional skincare experiences to their clients.

About the role

As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering facials, skin treatments and skincare consultations that help clients look and feel their best. You will work as part of an expert team committed to the highest standards of client care and luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized Aesthetic & Skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend suitable treatments
• Perform a variety of facials, peels, microdermabrasion and other skin treatments to the highest standard
• Perform waxing and other hair removal services as required
• Guide clients through treatment offerings and recommend personalised skincare plans and home-care routines to optimize outcome
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools
• Educate clients on skincare practices and product use
• Retail skincare products and recommend add-ons to support client results
• Ensure guests have an exceptional, relaxing experience throughout their visit
• Adhere to all SPA SOPs, grooming standards, health and safety regulations
• Cooperate actively with the wider SPA team

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Knowledge of beauty products and treatments
• At least 2 years proven experience as a professional Esthetician in a busy medical spa, aesthetic clinic or clinical dermatology center
• CIDESCO or ITEC Certified
