Responsibilities

  • Calculate Project ROI: Instruct students on conducting post-project financial analysis to determine return on investment and overall business impact.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned Sessions: Guide students in facilitating post-mortem meetings to document successes, failures, and best practices for future projects.
  • Write Executive Summaries: Train students to synthesize complex project data and outcomes into high-level, actionable reports for senior management.
  • Develop Performance Dashboards: Teach the creation of visual performance dashboards that communicate final project outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
  • Analyze Variance: Instruct students on how to investigate and report on significant deviations between planned and actual project metrics (cost, schedule, scope).
  • Create Closure Reports: Oversee the creation of detailed project closure documents, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and final invoices are processed.
