Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as host for long-term missionaries and medical/non-medical mission teams, arranging food, lodging, and field visits.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including liaising with vendors, creating schedules, managing budgets, and preparing documentation.
  • Create a welcoming environment, manage guest flow, and ensure high-quality service.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues and catering.
  • Support coordination of transportation, accommodation, and other logistics.
  • Liaise with guests to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Public Relations, or Business Administration (highly preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or guest services in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Extremely organized and efficient in planning and executing events in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with excellent crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
