Our client, a premier full-service law firm renowned for its professionalism, innovation, and client-centric approach, is seeking to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will report directly to Managing Partner, and will play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership and enhancing operational excellence across the firm.

Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted strategic partner to the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, communication, and workflow. The role requires discretion, foresight, and exceptional organizational ability, combined with confidence and presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Partner, including advanced diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
- Act as a key liaison between the Managing Partner, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Anticipate priorities and proactively manage competing demands
- Track action points, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
- Enhance efficiency through effective use of technology and streamlined systems

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role, preferably in a professional services and or in the legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment
