Our Client is hiring a bilingual Executive Assistant to support the CEO, manage communications, and oversee key administrative functions.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and priorities. Coordinate local and international travel and logistics. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and confidentially. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Liaise with senior leadership, partners, clients and other Stakeholders effectively
High discretion, adaptability, and professionalism. Knowledge in French is an added advantage Must demonstrate Pan-African expertise and regional insight
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 3–4 years’ experience supporting senior executives Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
