Background
Plainsview Hospital is seeking an experienced Executive Caterer to join their team. This role reports to the Support and Admin Team Lead and is crucial for ensuring high-quality catering services within the hospital environment.
Responsibilities
The Executive Caterer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of institutional catering, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing food preparation and service, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Nutrition. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional catering, with a preference for hospital experience, is required. HACCP certification is mandatory.
