As the Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, innovative menu development, and efficient kitchen management. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing kitchen staff, training, and performance.
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creating memorable dining experiences aligned with Pullman’s brand vision.
- Managing budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Creativity in menu design and culinary innovation.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and trends
