EXECUTIVE CHEF

Salary: KES 120,000

Location: Thika Road

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production or related field.
• Over 8 years' experience in professional kitchens, including 3+ years as Executive/Head Chef.
• Strong experience in high-volume hotel, banquet and conference operations.
• Proven skills in menu development, costing, food-cost control and inventory management.
• Strong kitchen team leadership and food quality management skills. HACCP/Food Safety certification required.
• Able to manage multiple kitchen operations effectively under pressure.
