Executive Chef 5 Luxury Lodge

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a luxury lodge in Kenya. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen operations, costs, and inventory.
• Develop innovative menus using locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP principles.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Engage with guests to ensure their dietary needs and preferences are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a luxury environment.
• Experience in a remote lodge is advantageous.
• Culinary degree/diploma and strong leadership skills.
