Role Context

Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Develop and create innovative menu items, specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for kitchen supplies.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Aged between 25 and 35 years old.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cook in a reputable restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and presentation styles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
