Job Summary:

The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, efficient, reliable professional transportation services to the Chief Executive Officer while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic regulations and the company’s policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the Chief Executive Officer and authorized passengers to meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
  • Plan and optimize travel routes while adapting to traffic, weather, security, or schedule changes.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition at all times.
  • Coordinate timely servicing, repairs, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle(s).
  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs including mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers, the vehicle, and third parties at all times.
  • Keep valid insurance and inspection documents up to date.
  • Report any incidents or accidents immediately in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support the Executive Office through messenger services, records management, and administrative assistance as required.
  • Adhere strictly to the Traffic Act and company fleet management policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid and clean Driving License.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience driving executive families, VIPs, diplomats, or high-profile individuals
  • Certificate in Defensive Driving is an added advantage.
  • A valid Clearance Certificate from the National Police Service.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Well-versed in Kenyan routes and navigation tools (GPS/maps/mobile applications).
  • Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills.
  • Strong time management and punctuality skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
