Position: Executive Driver to CEO

The desired candidate should be a highly competent Executive Driver with extensive working experience in a corporate environment. Should be well organized and able to maintain a professional outlook.

Safely transporting the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and events. Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion. Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the CEO’s vehicle. Always Providing excellent customer service and a professional demeanour. Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and ensuring the CEO’s compliance with safety protocols. Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code. Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments. Perform any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the CEO including picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccable driving skills and a commitment to safety. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed. Punctuality and reliability with a customer-focused mindset.

Diploma in any field of study is highly preferred. Valid driving license with safe driving records A minimum of 7 years’ experience as executive driver in similar position preferably for senior executives or VIPs.
