• Lead and manage housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams

• Oversee budgets, linen inventory, and procurement
• Develop and enforce SOPs for consistent 5-star service
• Collaborate with Maintenance & Front Office for seamless operations

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 8+ years' experience in luxury hospitality
