Position Title: Executive PA

Reporting To: The Managing Partner

Industry: Legal

Location: Nairobi

Gross Salary: Ksh 120,000 + Additional Benefits

Role Purpose: Our client is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner to provide high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support to ensure the Managing Partner operates efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a highly organized, structured, and confident professional who can anticipate needs, provide close support, manage priorities, and drive follow-through on strategic and operational initiatives.

This is a high-touch role suited for a candidate comfortable working closely with a hands-on, relationship-driven Managing Partner who values proactive engagement, structured follow-ups, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner’s calendar and daily schedule.
  • Provide proactive reminders, follow-ups, and coordination of commitments.
  • Accompany the Managing Partner to meetings where necessary and track action items.
  • Draft emails, correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, requests, and communications.
  • Prepare daily briefs and meeting materials.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Monitor progress on projects assigned by the Managing Partner.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
  • Support the execution of the Managing Partner and firm-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as liaison between the Managing Partner and partners, staff, and clients.
  • Coordinate communication across departments.
  • Support client engagement and relationship management.
  • Manage post-meeting follow-ups and accountability tracking.

Meeting & Event Management

  • Organize leadership and partner meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting packs.
  • Record action points and track deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external events.

Travel & Operational Support

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Support confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time in line with the role and organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience supporting senior executives or partners
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
