Job Summary:
Mtali Bush Camps is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our team in luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team, ensure food quality, and maintain high culinary standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in a senior kitchen role.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Expertise in food preparation, presentation & quality control.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience)
