CLOVER OPTIONS – SUPERVISOR VACANCY

Clover Options is hiring an Experienced Cleaning & Facilities Supervisor.

Location: Based in Nairobi

Work Arrangement: Site-based and remote

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising cleaning and/or facilities operations
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent client relations and people management skills
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning teams across assigned sites
• Ensure service quality and adherence to standards
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Act as the main link between clients and Clover
• Conduct site inspections and submit reports
