Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for an Insurance Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, developing strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and products to maintain professional expertise.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a focus on market knowledge and understanding of various policies.

Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Key attributes such as strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.

Renumeration

.This is a commission based position .
