About The Role
Apollo Agriculture is seeking Field Agent Recruitment (FAR) Agent to join us in our Nairobi office.

Your day-to-day
• Handle all agent applications coming in through various channels of recruitment including but not limited to referrals, direct applications, and social media.
• Carefully follow a provided interview script to interview the applicants and determine their suitability to become field agents.
• Ensure all applicants are interviewed within the agreed timelines as provided in the SLAs. Generate regular reports from the feedback collected from the applications.
• Assist applicants to go through the application process seamlessly
• Ensure a great application experience for the applicants through the funnel by offering great feedback and a decision matrix to all applicants.
• Handle all questions and concerns that may arise during the interviewing process.
• Diligently handle all applicants’ inquiries via telephone and/or SMS.
• Provide applicants with all necessary information by clearly explaining procedures; answering questions and queries; providing information following the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need to be handled at a different level, and do the necessary follow-up of the applicants’ concerns.
• Accurately document all applicants' interaction information according to standard operating procedures as the Company shall detail to you from time to time.
• Ensure high-quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines as well as identify customer service process gaps and recommend improvement in procedures.

You
• Be a holder of an undergraduate degree or a diploma certificate
• Conversant with English, Kiswahili, and vernacular language.
• Self-driven and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Have basic computer skills and be familiar with Windows or Ubuntu OS.
• Access to a stable internet
