JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose
Oversee food and beverage costing, inventory control, stock audits, variance analysis, and cost reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and variance analysis.
- Prepare cost reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and costing systems.
- Support management in budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within hospitality.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and costing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
