Peaks Hotel, Nanyuki is looking for qualified individuals to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, efficient service, food quality, profitability, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Supervise inventory, procurement, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Food & Beverage staff.
- Analyze sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
- Prepare departmental budgets and operational reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
