Background

We are hiring an F&B Supervisor. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department within a restaurant or hotel. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The F&B Supervisor will be expected to:

• Supervise F&B staff and assign daily duties and shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies, including checking inventory and minimizing wastage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
