We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain hygiene standards, and support service and operational excellence.

• Lead and supervise the Food and beverage team.
• Develop and implement effective food and beverage strategies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Post graduate or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a hotel food and beverage operation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
