JOB DETAILS:
- Posting invoices on the ERP
- Petty cash disbursement and reconciliations
- HQ Petty cash must be correctly posted and reconciled every Wednesday of the week before disbursements are done on Thursdays
- Post and reconcile all store petty cash on the 2nd day of every month
- Disburse petty cash in a timeous manner to stakeholders
- Proper Filing
- Maintain an up-to-date filing of all the above activities
- Any other duty given by the Finance Manager
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes
- Help prepare financial reports
- Participate in audit preparation
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
